Katherine M. Bond, Esq.

Experience: Katherine regularly represents entrepreneurs and established companies across a wide range of industries, assisting them with corporate formation and compliance, protection and patent rights, business transactions, and licensing and regulatory law. Katherine has prepared and prosecuted foreign and domestic patent applications in a variety of areas, including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and consumer products. Katherine represents and counsels clients in domestic and international trademark prosecution, opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as infringement cases in federal court. Additionally, Katherine has extensive experience handling Internet issues, including disputes involving domain names, website content and key word advertising, and resolving these disputes expeditiously through the UDRP process.

Prior to joining Cislo & Thomas, Katherine was an attorney with at Leech Tishman and Sheldon Mak & Anderson. Katherine also has experience serving as in-house counsel for a nutraceutical company. Her business acumen also consists of more than six years as a professional in the pharmaceutical industry.

Education: Katherine holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of San Diego, and she received her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law,
