Rebecca Makitalo, Esq.

Experience: Rebecca is experienced in all aspects of intellectual property law including copyrights, trademarks, and patents. She is experienced in both the transactional and trial side of intellectual property law. Her practice includes preparing and prosecuting trademarks and patents before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board for various types of subject matter. Her practice also focuses on litigating and enforcing a wide variety of intellectual property rights.

Education: Rebecca graduated in 2014 from the University of California, San Diego where she received a B.S. in Biology. In 2019, she graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law where she received her J.D.
