US Supreme Court to Hear IP Cases

The Supreme Court has decided on four intellectual property cases to review and will reach a decision on all cases by the end of June. Of the four cases, two are patents, one trademark, and one copyright.  The cases being heard are: Nautilus v. Biosig Instruments, Limelight Networks v. Akamai Technologies, ABC, Inc., v. Aereo, Inc., and POM Wonderful v. Cocoa-Cola.
